  • LAND is a digital piece of real estate in The Sandbox.
    Creators use LAND to build a wide range of digital experiences, such as games, social hubs, or dioramas. Each LAND is a unique, non-fungible ERC-721 token on the blockchain. A total of 166,464 LANDs will be available. There are two types of LAND, REGULAR LAND and PREMIUM LAND.

  • LAND Prices:
    - Regular LAND costs 1,011 SAND
    - Premium LAND costs 4,683 SAND

  • LAND Sale requirements:
    Users need to have a Sandbox account (with wallet linked) and meet the following requirements to be eligible for the LAND sale:

    - Account must be verified (KYC)
    - At least 1,011 SAND on Polygon if you select Regular Raffle; At least 4,683 SAND in Polygon if you select Premium Raffle or both Raffles
    - Your account cannot be banned

  • When the LAND sale starts, APRIL 12, 2024, all users in the allowlist can access https://sandbox.game/landsale to buy their LAND. Make sure you’re logged into your account and click the BUY LAND button to begin the purchase process.

  • After the Allowlist minting window ends, any remaining LAND in the LAND Sale Neighborhood will be available for users who won a place in the LAND Sale Waiting Line. During the LAND Sale Waiting Line period, users who won a place in the Waiting Live can buy (first come, first served) one of the remaining LAND.
